Privacy Policy

When you request a proposal, we collect the information you enter in the form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your facility and cleaning needs.

When you call or email us, we keep the information you share so we can respond.

To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your request.

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, schedule a site walk-through, and deliver and invoice any services you agree to. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Proposal requests are stored in a secured database operated by our service provider, Supabase, and a copy is sent to our business email so our team can respond. These providers may store data outside Alberta or Canada. Access is limited to the NorthPeak staff who handle your request.

We keep proposal requests for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of the service agreement and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits.
