Every NorthPeak contract is built on the same commitments: a free site walk-through, a written scope listing exactly what gets cleaned and how often, a fixed price on a 1- or 2-year agreement, vetted crews, a supervisor who inspects every site in person each week, and a 24-hour resolution guarantee on any issue you report.
