Can your crews work within our building's security protocols?
Yes. Crews follow your key, fob, alarm and sign-in procedures, and the same crew is assigned to your building.
Are your crews trained and insured?
Yes. Every crew member is WHMIS-trained and covered by WCB Alberta. NorthPeak Commercial Cleaning is bonded and carries commercial general liability insurance; certificates are available on request.
Do you offer day porter service for office towers?
Yes. Day porters handle washroom checks, spills, lobby and entrance upkeep and meeting-room resets during business hours.
How is quality checked in a large office building?
A supervisor inspects the building in person every week against the written scope, and you have a single point of contact for any issue.
